1. Vote/Swear in new Secretary - Jen Whitehurst

2. Finances review of 2020 and approve budget for 2021

3. Motion to move some funds from checking to CapEx Savings

4. Review notes from committee regarding what needs support over next few years - entrances, signs, etc.

5. Include graduation signs in 2021 budget?

6. Dues Campaign/Timeline

7. Landscaping Updates
   - Leak at park
   - Light at entrance
